German Field Marshal Erwin Rommel reached living legend status during the Second World War. Thanks to his courage and bravery and, especially, his proverbial cunning, managed to overcome the limitations imposed by the scarcity of resources in the North African theater to become a nightmare for the Allies, who knew him with the nickname "The Desert Fox" . Unfortunately, his suicide in 1944-Hitler ordered him from writing a play that was designed to explain their experience during the war. But instead, his adventures during the First World War we do have a work written for him: this attack Infantry, first published in English.
